Delivery
We post your delivery via Royal Mail and it should arrive with you within 2-3 working days.
Promotions
All vouchers and offers, unless otherwise stated, are intended for single use only. One valid UK credit/debit card per account. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Multiple uses are not permitted. One voucher usage per household. Your order may be cancelled without warning if multiple uses are made within the same household and any charges will be refunded. In the event your order has already been processed you may lose part or all of any delivery fee (where appropriate) to arrange return.
Refunds
If you have received a product that is damaged/defective you are entitled to a full refund, which can be arranged by getting in touch with us info@malesynergy.com
If you however wish to return for any other reason please email us and state the reason why, please note you will be subjected to a returns fee plus postage costs.

Returns/Money Back Guarantee
MaleSynergy offers a 90 day money back guarantee (3 month supply only) if you are not fully satisfied. Please note product needs to be taken consistently for a minimum of 90 days to feel the full effect so refunds are only applicable after this date. You will be refunded minus a £25 admin fee and shipping costs.
The ‘Free Trial Subscription’ does not qualify for the 90 day money back guarantee.
Cancellation
Our subscription is billed monthly unless otherwise stated. You must give at least 2 days notice before cancelling your subscription to avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, which will automatically take place upon completion of your original subscription. Please note that we require 24 hours to process your first order before you'll be able to cancel your account.
How do I cancel?
We hate goodbyes, but for any reason you want to cancel you can do so at any time by emailing info@malesynergy.com or alternatively simply login to your online account (email instructions are sent when you place your first order) and cancel.
Please note we need at least 72 hours notice to cancel before your next billing date, and 24 hours to process your first order.
